I'm  running Word97 under Windows xp with a dual monitor system.

Would like to have to have two seperate Words running on each monitor.
I want each to have their own menus, etc. Is this possible?

Thank you
Sarah

Not if you're only using one version of Word. The menus, etc are saved
to the master Normal.dot template. If you only have one version of
Word, the monitors won't matter as it's all coming from one version of
Word. You'd need to have another version installed to pull that one
off.
