Hi,
Using Word 2000 on XP.  The Tools drop down menu has multiple instances of
'Mail Merge'.  At last count there was more than 25.  Any advice please how I
can reset the drop down menu back to just one instance?  No one using the PC
has ever attempted to customise the menu so I am not sure how it came about.
I realise this forum is about customisation but I want to de-customise a menu.
TIA
Joe
