This is possibly the strangest thing I've seen yet. I've searched all the
forums, Google, etc, to no avail. I'm hoping maybe someone esle has seen this
and figured it out.

A custom toolbar is used by many people in a certain department. It works
fine for all but one of them. When she clicks a button on the toolbar the
associated macro runs TWICE. I'm at a loss as to why.

Given that you haven't explained how the toolbar is loaded into which
version of Word and what the macro code is, how do you expect anyone to
know? But start with http://www.gmayor.com/what_to_do_when_word_crashes.htm
then http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/ProbsOpeningWord.htm

Well, if someone had actually experienced this they would know that they
experienced it no matter what version of Word I'm using, etc, etc, so the
rote response regarding versions, etc, isn't applicable here. But I
appreciate your answer nonetheless and will look at the information.

You can't expect to get answers only from people who have experienced a
given problem. Most of us here give solutions every day to problems we've
never personally experienced. We provide answers based on ones we've read
here previously or on research that we do to help you. Insulting the people
who are trying to help will not guarantee you an answer.

Actually, additional information would be helpful. Especially the origin of the
toolbar. Is it part of a template, a template add-in, a COM Add-in or a VSTO
customization?
