Word 2003, Win XP

I have turned off automatic spell checking and grammar
checking.  But still, the little dictionary on the bottom to
the right on the status bar sits there moving around.  Is
there any way to remove the dictionary icon from the status
bar altogether without removing the entire status bar?

TIA

Louise

No, not in Word 2003. It's possible in Word 2007.
