After updating office, menus on all office products
(word, excel, etc.) became animated when they weren't
before and I can't remember how I previously got rid of
the animation.  How do I make the menus open fully
without having those nasty arrows pointing down that need
to be clicked to open the menu list completly?
Will I have to go into each program to make the changes
or is there a way to make a global change?  Thanks.

Hi Fein,

You can use the settings in Tools=>Customize=>Options
to make the changes.
