Hi Cheenmee,
The MS Works Suite includes a copy of MS Word 2002. The menus would be available through Tools=>Customize=>Menus. MS Works has its
own separate word processor that doesn't have the same customization capabilities as Word.
If it's MS Works word processor then you may want to post to their newsgroup using the link below.

i have recently bought a dell laptop with windows vista on it (basic home
version). i am having problems using the edition of word installed as i
cannot add any new toolbars such as line spacing etc. when i open the
'view/toolbar' or 'tools' menus i don't have the option to customize them and
so add toolbars. i have the works 8.5 cd but i presume that it's already
installed. any help would be useful.
thanks,>>
