When I open Word 2007 it defaults to the HOME tab on the top of the screen.

When this other girl opens hers it does not. She has to click HOME
everytime.

How do I fix hers to always goto HOME on startup?

I just went back to her machine. It doesn't default to anything. Meaning it
shows HOME, PAGE LAYOUT, REFERENCES, etc. But only shows the text.. not the
stuff under it. Once she clicks one of them they pop open.

Nevermind! I just figured it out on my own.. I have to right click and
uncheck MINIMIZE RIBBON.

I told her she must have accidentally clicked it, but she swears it never
worked. This is a brand new installation of Word 2007. They all install the
same.

Double-clicking a tab toggles the minimization too. So does CTRL-F1.
