When writing reports, I have always used MS Word (ie. 1997, 2000, 2003). In
those reports, I have inserted pictures. Those pictures are called "Figures
1, 2, 3, etc...". In order to explain the figures, I have associated a
caption with them. To do that I clicked on the Insert-Reference-Caption
command. However, I am unable to find that in MS Word (Office 2007). Does it
still exist? Even the help menu has been no help. Is there somebody who knows
where I can find it?

References ribbon tab, Insert Caption (in the Captions section, near the
center).

If you need this command frequently, right-click Insert Caption and choose
Add to Quick Access Toolbar. And, for even more convenience, right-click the
Quick Access Toolbar and choose Show QAT Below the Ribbon, which moves it
closer to the text, and less ergonomically challenged.
