Word 2002. For some reason, my Normal.dot is marking all paragraphs
wiht a red bounding box and setting them to hang indent. This mimics
a style I recently added to hang and border definitions. I did not
save that RedBox Style to the Normal.dot. (At least, I didn't intend
to). THe Normal.dot also contains a bunch of esoteric styles that I
was using on a project a while back, and which I have not opened
recently.
This weirdness also affects emails that I write in Outlook 2002.
Creating or responding to an email applies red-box formatting. Even
though I use plain text, in which borders & shading are grayed out.
Looks like I need to re-set my normal.dot. How can I do that?

Although that talks about text saved in Normal.dot, sometimes it's
formatting that gets saved. The solution is the same.

Perfect!. I'll have to transfer some of the customizations over from
another template, but that's no problem.
