I need to type a zero with a slash through it.  Word 2002.  I can find
a capital O with a slash through it, but that's not quite what I want.
I'm using a US International English keyboard layout, if it makes any
difference.

Create the composite character using the EQ field as described in
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Overbar.htm, and then save it as an
AutoText or AutoCorrect entry for easy re-use.
