Greetings! Several weeks ago I installed Agendus (a calendar program)
on my computer. It adds toolbars to Word 2003. I decided to uninstall
Agendus. I then manually removed the toolbars from Word 2003 using the
Custom dialogue. I then closed Word so that the changes could take
effect. Every time I reopen Word the toolbars are still there. I've
now gone through this removal procedure 3 times with the same result
each time. What am I doing incorrectly? Is there some file that I'm
unaware of that needs to be deleted or that has become corrupted. I'd
appreciate your help. Thanks! JTK

I'm not familiar with Agendus. However... what you're describing sounds as
if something might've gotten left behind either in the Startup folder or as
a COM add-in.

Try Tools - Templates and Add-ins. Is Agendus still listed there? If so,
then uncheck it, and see if you can remove it.

If this doesn't work, or if it does, but then Agendus returns, try looking
in Word's Startup folder for any Agendus leftovers (Tools - Options - File
Locations - Startup... note the location, close Word, then go to that
location using Windows Explorer, and delete anything related to Agendus.
