toolbars mail merged

Hi!, i have detail with the toolbars mail merge, i cant see the complet
number of my record in this toolbars, exemplo, if a put that show the record
#120 only i can see in the toolbar 12, exist a way to fix this? ...ideas or
something to help to fix this i appreciate too mucho.

Open Tools | Customize and drag the box larger.

Thanks very much, i cheked this part, and this look like fine and i have to
re-install office again...
