Word Menu Change

How do you change the menu system so that all items in the menu show up all
the time. I don't want just the last used menu items show up and the rest
are hidden until you hold the position. I want all to display at once...all
the time.

Customize
Options and check the proper box

In Word 2002 or 2003, go to Tools | Customize | Options and check the box
for "Always show full menus."

In Word 2000, in the same location, clear the check box for "Menus show
recently used items first."
