How do you "dock" a toolbar?

I was working with the audio notes feature of the notebook layout view in
Word and I accidently clicked "undock toolbar" or whatever it is on the
audio toolbar and now I can't re-dock it. How do you do this? Thanks, John

Drag it to top, bottom, or one side until it docks.

Aren't you on a Mac? Only MacWord has notebook layout view, I think.
