Hello,
Not too sharp with this.
Using WORD 2002 with XP.
Old version I guess, but it does most everything I want.
Was told to look for an option View\Toolbars\Reading Layout that would do
some "special" formatting that I would like to do for a person with a
reading disability.
Supposedly, it would re-format a page to a narrower format easily. Guess
there are
other ways of doing it, but this was strongly suggested.
In my WORD 2002 there does not seem to be a "Reading Layout" option.
Is there one, and I am just missing it ?
Anything equivalent ?
Thanks,
Bob

Reading Layout view was introduced in Word 2003; it is not present in Word
2002.

Hi Robert,
As Suzanne mentions the reading layout view is not available in Word 2002, but it is available in the free Word 2003 viewer you can
download
http://office.microsoft.com/downloads
if you only need to read the document rather than edit it.
For Word 2002 you may find the information here helpful.
