MS Office Forum / Word / Menus and Toolbars / July 2008Autotext - Grouping Entries
We have a normal.dot file that was created many years ago (in Office 97) by someone who is not there anymore. The custom AutoText entries are grouped by category. When you click the AutoText button on the toolbar you see sub-menu's that you can click on with the entries grouped together. We need to make modifications to the text, but I cannot figure out how to maintain the grouping. Any help is appreciated. AutoText entries are categorized by style. Create your entry in the desired style, and it will be placed accordingly.  SignatureSuzanne S.
