Where is the mail merge toolbar located?  It is not on my
list of toolbars.  I am doing a form letter and I need to
insert merge fields.  It lets you set it up right away in
the mail merge helper for labels, but not for form
letters.  I can't even get it when I go to customize?

This seems to be a problem with Word 2000. The Mail Merge toolbar is not
available from the menu: View >Toolbars. Not even from View
>Toolbars>Customize>(Toolbars Tab). How can I show the Mail merge toolbar?

Can I only have the toolbar available AFTER I have created a new Mail Merge?
Is there a way to force the Mail Merge toolbar to shown?

My specific problem is that the Mail Merge toolbar disappeared from a mail-
merged document that I closed, then a co-worker opened. Is this because the
data source became disconnected? Or, that it was created with Word 2003 and
opened with Word XP (Word 2000)?
