When I first got Word 2002, I changed the default settings
for margins, font, tabs, etc. I also created a number of
macros and added items to the task bar.

Today I went into Word and all of my settings were changed
back to the original defaults and my macros were gone.
This happened on two different occasions.

Does anyone know why this happens??

Thanks in advance for any help you may provide.

Have you deleted or renamed Normal.dot? Started with the /a switch or in
Office Safe Mode (holding Ctrl while loading)?
