My husband is a college professor who can not write or
type for any length of time because of elbow problems.  He
has tons of papers to correct.  I'm trying to figure out
the reviewing toolbar to teach it to him.  I can not find
any instructions on it even in books in book stores such
as Barnes and Nobel, etc.  Is there a how to use the
reviewing toolbar any where?  I just need a site; I can do
the rest.

This is one of those features best figured out by trial and error. Simply
put, you turn Track Changes on, and every deletion or insertion is marked.
You can insert Comments as needed. You don't say what version of Word you
have; the visual representation of markup is a bit different in Word 2002
(and probably much better for your husband's purposes).
