I want to add to the toolbar the ability for a lookup
specifice page references throughout a document.

For instance, each page of 100 pages will have a footer
reference to sort and look up by.  I want to allow the
reader to just select a toolbar option to lookup and then
enter part of a reference, i.e. Monday.. - which would
take the reader to that section of the document.

Is this possible, and how would one actually create the
lookup - is that vba or macro.

Can the same be done in a toolbar option to sort - which
would then sort the pages by the footer reference ?

Thanks - can anyone recommend a book that would be helpful
to further this particular word knowledge.

G'day "julie" <gandlj@aol.com>,

you need to use bookmarks with specific names to hold the places where
your macros will jump to

you link the macros to the toolbar and you are done.

"julie" <gandlj@aol.com> was spinning this yarn:
