Hi M. Fernandez,
If you create two macros containing
Selection.Font.Size = Selection.Font.Size + 1
to increase the font size, and
Selection.Font.Size = Selection.Font.Size - 1
to reduce the Font Size, you can assign them to a keyboard shortcut to
facilitate their use.
Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the

Hope this helps

The Ctrl+> and Ctrl+< shortcuts do not increase/decrease font size by 1 pt.
They increase/decrease to the next listed point size. So, for example, if
the current point size is 12 pts, Ctrl+> will increase to 14 pts. The
shortcuts to increase/decrease by 1 pt are Ctrl+] and Ctrl+[. AFAIK, these
should all work in Word 2000 unless they have been reassigned. They work in
Word 2002.
If they are not working in Word 2000, you can reassign the keyboard
shortcuts using Tools | Customize: Keyboard... The commands in question are
GrowFont, GrowFontOnePoint, ShrinkFont, and ShrinkFontOnePoint, all of which
can be found under All Commands.
