About two weeks ago I opened up a new word document
(Office 2000)and noticed all my toolbars were missing.  I
right mouse clicked on the toolbar area but there were no
tool bar options listed.  I removed office.  I reloaded
office 97, opened a word document and the toolbars were
there.  I loaded 2000, opened a new word document and the
toolbars were gone.  Help!
