Hi-
I have a user who is having problems with Word in Normal
view.  It looks like the White space is turned on..
however I do not get the little white space icon...plus I
thought that white space only pertained to print view.
Any ideas?  She is dropping a letterhead macro - and it
doesn't show on her document - it just starts below that.
Cuts off the top part of the page and there is no left
ruler.  It shows correctly in print view.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions. - Cindy

Headers and footers and the vertical ruler are never displayed in Normal
view.
