If you can't drag it back from Tools > Customize > Commands > Built-in Menus

Note that Detect and Repair will fix some minor malfunctions - not this
one - and is fairly innocuous in use. It does not involve 're-installing
Word (and that wouldn't fix the problem either).
There are two main areas of responsibility for controlling what happens in
Word - Normal.dot and the registry. Neither are affected by a re-install and
thus a re-install is rarely recommended. This one is a registry issue.
