I can't get automatic numbering to work on third level in
Word 2003.  Numbering on style heading 1 (ie 1.00), then
style heading 2 (ie 1.01) both working fine but can't get
third level to work (ie 1.01.01).  Will not continue
numbering (have tried right clicking on first 1.01.01 and
clicking continue numbering) but next numbers again
1.01.01.  Have also changed customise outline  numbered
list and can get it going for 1.01.01 then 1.02.01,
1.03.01 etc but want the last number to change ie
1.01.01, 1.01.02.  Can this be achieved?  Any
suggestions??
