Hi group,

I need to make a list format so that level one looks like this;

1.00
1.01
1.02
...

Any ideas?

Hi Ken

Follow the instructions on the following page:
How to create numbered headings or outline numbering in your Microsoft Word
document

http://www.ShaunaKelly.com/word/numbering/OutlineNumbering.html

When you get to the Customize Outline Numbered List box, set up Level 1 to
have 1,2,3...  numbering. For Level 2, set the numbering to use the previous
level's numbering, add a full stop, and then choose the 01, 02, 03 format
from the Number style box.

Hope this helps.
