Is there a way to hide/suppress page numbers in a
document?

For example, I have page 1 (which should be numbered),
pages 2 and 3 I DO NOT want page numbers on - then I want
the "actual" page 4 to be numbered page 2.

In other words, I want to suppress the numbering on pages
2 and 3.  Take the numbering right from page 1 to page 4 -
(with nothing showing on page 2 & 3.)  I'm sure it must
be possible, I just can not find how..

ANY help would REALLY be appreciated... Thanks in advance!
