Pre-set Outline

Using Word 2003

Is there a way of pre-setting the outline like so:
For example:
If I use A, B, C, and so on, the letters are aligned at zero and indented at
.25
If I use 1, 2, 3, and so on, the numbers are aligned at .25 and indented at .5
Etc.
