Refernce to figure number

How can i create a reference to the figure number only?
For example I've a figure with the caption Figure 1-3 - ....., in the text I want to insert a reference to the number only "1-3" and to "Figure 1-3"

With the number selected, click Bookmark on the Insert menu. Type a
name that makes sense to you. Finally, insert a cross-reference to the
text of the bookmark.
