I have a document with several Appendices, the headings in each appendices
starts at 1. Is it possible to print the Appendix heading at the top of each
page.

IE., Page 1 - Appendix A - description
Page 2 - Appendix A - description etc

Many thanks
Julie

Hi Julie

Assuming that you have used a paragraph style for each Appendix heading, you
can use a STYLEREF field to pick up the text of the style.

Look up Word's help for full info on the STYLEREF field.

The following might also be useful:

Hope this helps.
