Depends. Can you be more specific about what you have in
mind?

Hi
I would like to use a list in my documents and have
alphabetic numbering in paragraphs.
The word have the option of pre-set alphabetic outline
numbering with latin characters (a, b, c, d, ...).
Instead I want to use greek characters and the oficcial
order that my organisation follow up.
Is that possible?

Thanks in advance.

Perhaps, if I'm following correctly. You don't tell us
which version of Word you have, but this general approach
should work for Word 97 and later:

- Format/Bullets and Numbering
- Outline numbering
- Select a preview pane
- Click "Customize"
- Select the first level
- Choose "New bullet" from the Number Style list
- Select the Greek symbol you want for the first level
- Repeat selecting a level, then specifying the symbol as a
"new bullet" for all nine levels.
