Hi.
I'm stumped.
For a play, the numbering format should be: I-1-1 (Act I, Scene 1, Page 1)
and so on.
Anyone know how to get Word to do this? I'd even go in and set them page by
page, as long as it would hold.
Thanks for any help.

If you're restarting numbering in each scene, then you'll need to insert
section breaks (Next Page) between scenes. You'll use the { PAGE } field for
the page number (set to "Start at 1") in each section. For the act and scene
numbers you can use StyleRef fields provided you have used specific and
distinct styles for the act and scene headings and that they are
autonumbered. For help with outline numbering, see
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numbering/OutlineNumbering.html. For
information on the StyleRef field, see Word's Help. For information on page
numbering, see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Numbering/PageNumbering.htm
