Sorry if this has been explained.

I am trying to make a four answer multiple choice answer sheet in the
following format:

1. A)
   B)
   C)
   D)

2. A)
   B)
ETC.

I need to do a 300 answer test and don't want to spend two days typing it in
manually.  I have looked for answers but have not really found anything yet
to helpful.  I am kind of a  novice in this type of stuff with word.

thanks for any ideas!

G'day "Chris" <wirlybird@webzone.net>,

Create a 2 col table. Col1 is thin and holds the 1,2,3,4. Create a
list style called Col1, attach it to the first level of an outline
numbered list  and set it up for numbers. Fill Col1 with style Col1.

Col2 takes the rest of the width and is filled with style Col2. Col2
is attached to the second level of the outline numbered list and is
numbered A),B),C)...

As you add rows to the table, you will get your 1,2,3 automatically
and your a,b,c,d appears as you complete the content of each answer.
