Hi all

I was trying to add a newline character in Heading 1 as:

Chapter 1
Introduction

whereas Chapter 1 is the number and introduction is the actual text
formatted as Heading 1.

How do I do that?

Thanks in advance.

Or use two paragraph styles (formatted so that there is no paragraph
spacing between them), if you have a table of contents which should
not include both of them.

I did shift + enter and that helped heaps thanks.  But I when I centre them
they are not inline with each other.  Any ideas on how to fix this with out
using two sytles?

Make sure the style you're using doesn't have a first-line or hanging indent
(a numbered style will have a hanging indent by default).
