Hi

How Can I to build Index for my figures in text ?
Daiya Mitchell - 14 Jul 2005 05:30 GMT
Depends. If you used the Insert | Caption feature to label each figure, you
can use Insert | Index  and Tables to create a Table of Figures very easily.

If you formatted all the figure captions in the same style, you can build a
table of contents from that style very easily.

Or you can create a separate TC field for each figure.  Help on TC fields
should get you started.

This is not an index; it's a Table of Contents or Table of Figures. You'll
get much better assistance from Word's Help if you look it up under one of
those terms. See also http://www.ShaunaKelly.com/word/toc/CreateATOC.html
