Table of Contents - number format

Hi,
I have created a table of contents using the built-in "classic" format.
Does anyone know how I can get the page numbers to appear with a zero prefix
as below:

Page 1                01
Page 2                02
Page 3                03

instead of:
Page 1                1
Page 2                2
Page 3                3

any help would be really appreciated

The only way to get them to appear this way in the TOC is format them this
way in the document (so that they appear that way on the page). If this is
what you want, you can apply a numeric picture switch to the PAGE field. In
this instance, the syntax you need is { Page \# 00 }.
