I need to number the pages of a document that contains a table tha
spans many pages.  The page size is 11x17 and these pages are z-folde
and thus are foldouts. The backsides of each page are required to b
blank. Because of the long length of the table, the repeat heade
option is used. The problem is I need to page number the front side o
each sheet with an odd number. The next sheet will be the next od
number (i.e.: page 1 (reverse blank, page 3 (reverse blank).  If I ad
section breaks the repeat header row is defeated. Is there a way t
make the page numbering jump by 2 (odd only)

Instead of a normal page number field: { PAGE }
Use a construct like: { ={PAGE} *  2 - 1 }

Use Alt+F9 to see the field codes
And Ctrl+F9 to insert the pairs of braces (do not type them)
