Page X of Y not printing correctly

Client has 80 page document using "page x of y" printing.  It will only
print correctly if 1) Background printing is turned off and 2) if printed in
Reverse Order.  Printer is a RICOH AFI CIO 1045P.  Printer driver is RICOH
AFICIO 1045 PCL5E.

How can user get this document to print correct in correct page number 1
through 80 instead of in reverse order?

Unfortunately, you have run into a known bug.  You should make sure
that you are using the latest Service Pack, and the latest print
driver for your printer.  Sometimes those help.  Also see other
