MS Office Forum / Word / Numbering / October 2006Boarders around bullets or numbers
In a document that has fields for comments and is surrounded by boarders, if a bullet or a number is needed inside the comment a seperate boarder is applied to each bullet or number. I want the bullet or number list to be in the same boarder as the comment, but have not found anything in boarders and shading/format-tabs/ or bullets and numbering to turn this off. Please help! Thanks Hi Nancy: This is a job for text boxes. Add text boxes, put your bullets or numbers in the text boxes, and apply the border to the text box, not to the paragraphs. But before you do this, have another look at your page (print it...). Are you SURE you need the borders?
