MS Office Forum / Word / Numbering / November 2006Numbering & Styles
I have an issue with some styles that incorporates numbering, the styles have been saved into Word 2003 as Heading 1, Heading 2 etc. Each heading has the following style numbering applied e.g. Heading 1 has 1. Text Heading 2 appears 1.1. Text Heading 3 appears 1.1.1 Text The problem is when these styles are applied in the document, it looks ok in the print preview but when it prints it only prints the numbering and not the text! Bizarre Any ideas? Make sure the font of the text is not set to Hidden.  SignatureSuzanne S. If you'd like to send me a sample of the malfunctioning text, I'll take a look, but if Print Preview is correct (I missed that before) and it doesn't print correctly, the problem is likely with the printer driver.
