MS Word 2003 is once again printing my footers with page 1 of 1, page
2 of 2, page 3 of 3, page 4 of 4, page 5 of 5...  

The correct page numbers appear on my screen and they are also printed
in my table of contents.

Why does word do this from time to time?  Is there a way to keep it
from doing it?

Has any one fixed this problem and successfully kept it away???

Help!!!!!!!!!
