Help! Caption numbering with chapter headings

Hi,

I'm just polishing off a document & the table numbering has gone
crazy.  I had to insert a section break mid chapter, to allow some A3
landscape pages (instead of the normal A4 portrait) but unfortunately
the captions after this now say "Table 1-4" instead of "Table 4-4"
etc.  I searched google & found the \r command for changing numbering.

However I've only been able to get it to work with the second half of
the code

i. e. { STYLEREF 1 \s } - [SEQ Table \* ARABIC \r94}  will give me
Table 1-94

but { STYLEREF 1 \r4 } - [SEQ Table \* ARABIC \s 1} doesn't give me
Table 4-4  (or 4-whatever number I'm up to) - I just get an error.

Can anyone help me?  If there's another way to insert a landscape
page, without using a section break, that would also work.

Thanks,
Kate

{ STYLEREF 1 \s } picks upp the paragraph number of the current
Heading 1 style; it cannot be restarted--and you shouldn't have to. Is
heading numbering correct? Did you apply the Heading 1 style to the
appropriate paragraph(s)?
