Is there a way to print the outline view as seen on screen--with indents for
sub heads and further indents for normal items under the subheads?  Whin I
try to print everything goes to the left margin.

The only way to print as an outline is to print directly from outline view.
Alternatively, you can set up your outline properly using the Format |
Bullets and Numbering dialog to add the appropriate indents to the styles in
your outline-numbered list; see
