MS Office Forum / Word / Numbering / May 2008Can captions pick up an appendix letter from a style?
We are using a format in which caption numbers begin with the current heading number, as in 3.4.1-1, 3.4.1-2, etc. If we then have appendixes A, B, and C, using Heading 5 style, can we modify the figure captions to pick up the letter from heading 5, in the same document?
