MS Office Forum / Word / Numbering / March 2009Page numbers only on the first page of the section
I have multiple sections in a document. I'm adding page numbers and I'm only getting the number on the first page of each section. I am not linking to the previous section, I've tried Diff First Page on and off, just to see... How can i get the numbers on all the pages of the section? Thank you. If you do not need a different first page header footer, leave the Different First Page box unchecked and then insert the { Page } field where you want it to appear in the header or footer. I'm writing a class that I'm about to teach on this topic, and some of the users aren't going to be comfortable with this. The feature actually needs to work. But thank you.
