I have rec'd a doc that is being converted to a new template.  In the old
doc, there is a Char Heading Style like

Household - All the items in the house. where the Household in bolded in the
body.
I need to have Household also show up in the toc for a TOC style 3.  But
when I go to add that char style to be built into the toc in the Insert, Ref,
Toc dialog boxes, it doesn't appear.  Also, I am unable to add this style on
the style pane for Custom or Show All.

How to do?
