Greetings,

We are a USA SE law firm seeking an expert numbering consultant to advise on
our Word 2007/2010 Paragraph Numbering/Document Conversion Project.

Prefer expert with Native Word Multi-Level numbering expertise as well as
3rd party tools but not employed by one of the numbering vendors.

We produce mostly complex corporate documents where almost all paragraphs
are numbered.  Documents usually contain 4 or more numbering levels and
average 100-200 pages.

Below are some examples of our numbering schemes (all documents have TOC of
at least first 2 levels):

Ex. 1
Article I - Centered (Number and Section Title appear in TOC)
Section 1.01 (May be followed by Section Title or Title and a paragraph.
Only Number and Title appear in TOC)
(a) - indented and followed by paragraph
(i) - indented and followed by paragraph

Ex. 2
Section 1-Followed by Section Title, etc.
1.1
1.1.1
1.1.1.1

Ex. 3
Article I - Tollowed by Section Title, etc.
1.1
(a)
(i)

Please send professional credentials to the below e-mail address.  Thanks in
advance.

If those are all exclusive examples (they don't all occur in the same
document), then none of them should be at all difficult to set up. Read
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numbering/OutlineNumbering.html and, if you
are using Word 2007, note that the only difference is that you cannot set up
the numbering directly from the Style dialog, and the relevant command to
get started is "Define New Multilevel List." From there, if you expand the
dialog, it is the same as the Outline Numbered List dialog in previous
versions, though arranged a little differently.
