What is the suggested method for the paragraphs included in a number
section but not numbered
we just use normal and 'pull' them in line. seems easier than having a
bunch of indented styles
e.g.
1 header 1 style and paragraph. Full of info.
another paragraph part of header 1 info but new para. etc.
1.1 header 2 etc etc
another para part of header 2 info.
and possibly another

If you look at Word's list of built-in styles, you'll see that in addition
to the List, List Bullet, and List Number series, there are List Continue
styles. They are intended for this exact purpose. You can either modify
these to fit your situation or create your own styles along the same lines.
Believe me, this is the best approach.

Most "correct" is a bunch of indented styles...
