I am using Word 97. I selected numbers (I also tried this
with bullets). The first paragraph lined up correctly. I
then did a hard return to start number 2. The sentences
did not line up but rather after the first soft return the
next line started under the # 2. Why did it work for the
first number but not thereafter? What do I do to make it
work for all?
Thanks

Hi Ginny,

Go into Tools/OPtions/General and make sure the two options
for "Word Perfect" are turned OFF.
