I have Word XP -
I write manuscripts that are often 100 pages.

I am unable to set the numbering system to print 1 of 100,
2 of 100, etc.  It will only print consecutive numbers 1 -
2 - 3 - 4 etc.

In the format toolbar for numbers, it just ain't there.

How can I do this.  WordPerfect makes it easy without
having to dig for it as I've been doing with Word.

thanks,  Perri

On your Header/Footer toolbar, click Insert Auto Text.
There is a choice Page X of Y that should work.
